The 2026 competition launched on May 1, 2026, and the submission deadline is October 26, 2026. Winners are selected at the congressional district level and are recognized in Washington, D.C.
Who's eligible
Middle and high school students (grades 6-12) who reside in or attend school in a participating congressional district. Teams of up to 4 students are allowed.
How to enroll
Students design and build an original app and submit it by the deadline.
